Nutrition expert and consumer advocate Ellen Haas says she has uncovered 21 "fit foods" (like blueberries, turkey, and yogurt) that reinforce each other's health benefits and supply bodies with the nourishment needed for a long and healthy life. Using foods with basic disease-fighting abilities, Haas has written Fit Food, filled with recipes to help readers eat well and stay fit-no matter what diet they may be following.
