Barbara Zeliuski has been appointed operations support leader for Kaiser Permanente's Valleys Service Area, which includes the San Fernando, Antelope and Santa Clarita valleys, as wells as eastern Ventura and Kern counties. Zelinksi previously served as a Kaiser associate business strategy and finance manager. She's been with the company since 1996.

Dayle Rosa-Tom has been named director of finance at Molina Healthcare of California. Rosa-Tom was previously chief financial officer at the San Gabriel Valley The San Gabriel Valley is one of the principal valleys of southern California.
