Health care group opts for Parsippany Commons.


Larken Associates has signed a lease with Saint Clare's Health System at Parsippany Commons, the completely-renovated 55,000 s/f class A office and medical building along Route 46 in Morris County.

Saint Clare's will occupy 17,000 s/ f of space at the modern two-story complex, according to according to

 the Hillsborough, N.J.-based residential and commercial developer. Saint Clare's Health System chose Parsippany Commons thanks in large part to its location within easy access to Routes' 46, 287 and 80.

Saint Clare's will utilize the space as a free-standing imaging center featuring the latest imaging technologies and equipment, including computed tomography Computed tomography (CT scan)
X rays are aimed at slices of the body (by rotating equipment) and results are assembled with a computer to give a three-dimensional picture of a structure.
 (CT), ultrasound, diagnostic x--ray, mammography mammography, diagnostic procedure that uses low-dose X rays to detect abnormalities in the breasts. The early diagnosis of breast cancer made possible by the routine use of mammography for screening women increases a woman's treatment alternatives and improves her  and bone densitometry bone densitometry (bōnˑ den·si·t . A portion of the space will also be used for doctors' offices. Victor Kelly, vice president of Raider Realty, the exclusive leasing agent for Larken Associates, arranged the lease agreement.

Leasing is well underway at Parsippany Commons. Signed tenants at the complex include HSBC HSBC Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation
HSBC Humane Society of Broward County (Florida)
HSBC Humane Society of Bay County (Bay County, Michigan) 
 Bank, HSBC administrative offices and a Sportscare Institute physical therapy facility. Parsippany Commons features medical, dental and professional suites ranging in size from 1,500 s/f to more than 14,000 s/f.
