Health Net Names Rob Beltch Assistant Chief Financial Officer.

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif.--(BW HealthWire)--July 5, 2000

Rob Beltch has been named assistant chief financial officer for Health Net, one of California's largest health plans.

In his new capacity, Beltch is responsible for the Finance, Membership Accounting and Eligibility, Underwriting, and Administrative Services departments. He is based at Health Net's headquarters in Woodland Hills.

"Rob's strong financial background will be one of the keys to our future success as we develop the ability to more quickly shift strategies in response to emerging market forces," said Cora Tellez, Health Net president and chief executive officer. "We are fortunate to have him join our team."

Beltch previously was audit operations manager for Aetna US HealthCare in its Woodland Hills regional headquarters, where he was responsible nationally for field operations audit services, as well as California operational and financial audit services. Before Aetna US HealthCare, he was managing audit consultant for Prudential HealthCare, which merged with Aetna US HealthCare, at its Woodland Hills regional headquarters.
