Health Group leases 17,000 s/f.

GVA Williams New Jersey announced it has represented Parsippany Commons, LLC in a 17,500 s/f lease to Saint Clare's Health System at Parsippany Commons, located on Route 46 in Parsippany, New Jersey.

Saint Clare's will utilize the space as an outpatient care facility specializing in imaging technology such as CT scan, ultrasound, mammography, and diagnostic x-ray.

Executive vice president John Cunningham, senior vice president Jim Hersh, senior sales associate Leslie Meril, and sales associate Tom Rapone of GVA Williams New Jersey represented the landlord in this transaction.
