Barry S. Arbuckle has been named president and chief executive of Long Beach-based MemorialCare Medical Centers, a five-hospital health system serving Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  and Orange counties. He will lead the 1,430-bed community-based, not-for-profit health system, and most recently was chief executive of MemorialCare's Saddleback Saddleback
