Health Care Property Investors declare increase.


Health Care Property Investors Inc. reported the Board of Directors increased the quarterly common stock cash dividend to $0.74 per share. This is an increase of $0.01 over the $0.73 per share paid the previous quarter. It is the fifty-ninth consecutive quarterly increase in common stock dividend payments.
