"Extreme Mountain Biking" challenges players to compete in four separate racing events -- trials, single track, gate racing and downhill: -0-
-- The trials event lets players flaunt their jumps and tricks to
accumulate points before the clock runs out.

-- Gate racing delivers one-on-one, high-speed action as players
compete against a single opponent to get to the bottom of the
track as quickly as possible without missing any gates along the
     way.

-- The downhill event tests players' bike handling skills as they
race their opponents to the bottom of the hill as quickly as
possible. Unlike single track and gate-racing, in downhill
players do not have to stick to a particular trail.

-- In the single track event, players must compete against up to
four computer-controlled opponents in each of the racing events.
Players must lap the course faster than the other riders without
leaving the track, or they have to go back to where they left it.

In "Extreme Mountain Biking," there are more than 15 different courses with unique obstacles. Players must exercise their power of concentration and be prepared for diverse conditions as they push their speed throughout the course. During their ride, players can check their position from multiple camera angles including first-person, reverse view and the thrill cam.
