Haynes Capital Corp. to Represent Dahabu Resources' Tanzanian Gold Properties.

DAR-ES-SALAAM, Tanzania -- Haynes Capital Corp. today announced that it has signed an exclusive agreement with Dahabu Resources and Mining Co. Ltd. (DREMCO) to represent Dahabu in negotiations for its Tanzanian gold properties, including the "Makongolosi A" property in the Lupa Goldfields. Haynes Capital's services will include assisting DREMCO in financing, acquisition, mergers, or joint venture activities.

The "Makongolosi A" property is a 50sq km area located in the Lupa Goldfields, the second largest gold field in Tanzania, and is near the Saza mine which was recently acquired by Helio Resources (TSX-V:HRC). Independent consulting geologists have confirmed samples ranging up to 102g/t Au in the property. The Lupa Goldfields site is now becoming a major target for exploration. DREMCO is a Tanzanian company operating since 1996 that focuses on developing gold resources in the Lupa Goldfields in Tanzania's Mbeya Region. Previous production of gold in the area totaled over 800,000 oz. to 1966 when mining ceased due to an extended experiment with a centrally planned economy, which lasted until the 1980s. Since then, dramatic changes in government policy and the reintroduction of market principles have resulted in the rapid development of the industry. Tanzania, even though only partially explored, is already the third largest producer of gold in Africa.
