Haynes Capital Corp. Announces Successful Gold Acquisition In Tanzania.DAR-ES-SALAAM, Tanzania -- Haynes Capital Corp. (Haynes) is please to announce the completion of a deal where Helio Resource Corp. (Helio)(TSX-V:HRC HRC Human Rights Campaign HRC Human Rights Council (UN) HRC Human Rights Commission HRC Hard Rock Cafe HRC Hillary Rodham Clinton (democratic senator/presidential candidate; former first lady) ) has acquired approximately 150 sq. km. in the highly prospective Lupa Goldfield in the south west of Tanzania, from Dhahabu Resources and Mining Company Ltd. (DREMCO). Under the terms of the deal, where Haynes acted as intermediary between Helio and DREMCO, Helio will have the right to acquire up to a 100% interest in three contiguous properties of approximately 50 sq. km. each. Helio already has an interest in an adjacent property, and the decision to acquire more hectares in the area was taken as a result of the findings in that property. To earn a 100% interest in all the three properties (subject to a 2% Net Smelter Return which DREMCO retains), Helio will be obliged to pay DREMCO C$1.2 million and 150,000 shares over a four year period. Commenting on the deal, Mr. Richard Gallo, Managing Director of Haynes said, "Africa is rapidly becoming a more attractive destination for foreign investment, as this deal shows. Tanzania in particular, with its stable economic and political climate and plentiful natural resources, is attracting a lot of attention."
