It started out as Cornmarket Press in the 1950s.
 (London), has acquired Courtenay Communications Corp. (New York), the publisher of "DMNews" for the direct marketing field, from owner/CEO Adrian Courtenay. No terms of the deal were given. Courtenay was represented by The Jordan, Edmiston Group (New York).
