Do you have a need for reference material in connection with a bank marketing topic? Scholarly papers prepared by students at the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management are available through the ABA Marketing Network.

These papers, including the James H. Donnelly Award recipient, have been evaluated and reviewed by committee members of the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management and awarded for their excellence. The papers cover a wide variety of topics such as customer retention, officer call programs, sales culture and more.

ABAMN members have access to a selected number of papers at no charge. Papers not on the "free" list are available for a fee of $49 (members) and $79 (nonmembers). By logging into the website www.aba.com/marketingnetwork.com, users can view the list of available papers by accessing the "Product Resources" tab on the website.

Members can download the free papers directly from the website. Members and nonmembers can use the website to review the complete list of papers available for a charge. After reviewing the list, users can fill out the online order form to make purchases. Buyers can also order by telephone by contacting Koya Bakare toll-free at (800) BANKERS or by direct line at (202) 663-5355. Your order will be fulfilled and delivered to you within five to seven business days. You will also have the option of overnight or two-day delivery service.
