Hatteras Networks CTO Re-Elected to Metro Ethernet Forum Board of Directors; Matthew Squire to Continue Leadership Role within the Industry's Foremost Ethernet Organization.

It is a non-profit international industry consortium, dedicated to worldwide adoption of Carrier Ethernet networks and services.  (MEF). Dr. Squire has been an active member of the MEF since its inception, providing technical leadership by serving as editor of the group's development of the service operations, administration and maintenance (OAM) specification. Hatteras Networks has participated in each of the MEF's interoperability demonstrations and has proven compliance with MEF 9 and MEF 14 service specifications.
