DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 3, 1998--Hathaway Corp. (Nasdaq:HATH) today announced the enhancement of its motion control business through the acquisition of all the outstanding shares of Ashurst Logistic lo·gis·tic   also lo·gis·ti·cal
