Recipe: MARCUS ALLEN'S GRIDIRON GUACAMOLE

Ingredients:
-- 5 ripe Hass avocados, peeled and seeded
-- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
-- 1/2 large onion, chopped
-- 1 tomato, diced
-- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
-- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
-- 2 green chilies, diced
-- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped


Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks
2. Stir in lemon juice
3. Fold in remaining ingredients and serve
