Middle School at 1248 Nelson Avenue in the Highbridge section of the Bronx -- recently joined developer Victor Politis, president of The Harwin Group, for an educational tour of the Highbridge Community Housing Development. The $15 million redevelopment project will bring 214 desperately needed new housing units, mostly in the form of larger two- and three-bedroom apartments, to the Highbridge community. Harwin Group was chosen to carry out the redevelopment by the Archdiocese arch·di·o·cese n.
