Collectively called the "A" list, award winners were determined by customer satisfaction surveys of residents of approximately 6,000 commercial and multi family properties conducted throughout the year. Management companies were judged on the following eight criteria: readiness to solve problems, responsiveness and follow-through, property appearance and condition, quality of management and leasing services, property and relationship ratings, and renewal intention.
