The new owner of the property, CNLM CNLM Center for Natural Lands Management CNLM Center for Nonprofit Leadership and Management (Arizona State University) , headquartered in Fallbrook, CA, is a highly regarded non-profit natural resources preservation and management organization, nationally recognized for its stewardship of environmentally sensitive areas. It is currently managing more than 52,000 acres of natural habitat at sites throughout California. The Steele Foundation, one of Orange County's oldest and most respected philanthropic organizations, has made prior contributions of more than $150 million since 1954, primarily to projects and organizations within the county.
