Dynamic Duo (다이나믹 듀오) is a Korean hip hop duo, made up of members Choiza and Gaeko (former members of the trio, CBMass).
of Harry & Louise, who gained fame and notoriety during the battle over the Clinton Health Plan, are hitting the airwaves again. And the Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA HIAA,
n.pr the abbreviation for Health Insurance Association of America.
), the group that paid to make them famous, isn't too pleased with their reappearance.

The fictional characters found their way into ads funded by CuresNow, a patient advocacy group that backs the cloning of stem cells stem cells, unspecialized human or animal cells that can produce mature specialized body cells and at the same time replicate themselves. Embryonic stem cells are derived from a blastocyst (the blastula typical of placental mammals; see embryo), which is very young  for research purposes. The group hopes such research will lead to medical breakthroughs for illnesses that are now untreatable Un`treat´a`ble

. It fears a ban on all cloning might delay needed discoveries.

HIAA has not taken a position in the highly controversial debate over cloning and contends that the ads are hurting its public image. To stop the ads, HIAA filed suit contending that its copyright was violated and the group asked for a preliminary injunction A temporary order made by a court at the request of one party that prevents the other party from pursuing a particular course of conduct until the conclusion of a trial on the merits.

A preliminary injunction is regarded as extraordinary relief.
.

A U.S. District Judge rejected the association's request for a preliminary injunction against the ads. Judge Reggie Walton ruled that CureNow would clearly be hurt if the preliminary injunction was issued while Congress was still debating the issue.

The House of Representatives has approved a ban on cloning, but the Senate is still considering the issue. Judge Walton did not rule on the copyright issue and HIAA may still pursue the matter:
