Privately owned Sundial Marketplace is a business-to-small business and individual consumer, e-commerce company established to simplify and make efficient the buying process for retail telecommunication services, by aggregating demand for wireless and other services through its website. The Sundial site allows customers to compare telecommunications service plans, order a service plan and wireless phone that meets their needs, and pay for the service through an online credit order process.

In a related event, Cell Star Corporation (NASDAQ:CLST) (www.cellstar.com), one of the world's largest independent distributors of wireless communication products, announced today that it has entered into a service alliance with Sundial whereby Cell Star via a seamless electronic interface with Sundial, will select, program, package and directly ship customer cell phones via overnight delivery.
