Scott Santoro's FARM-FRESH CATS (0060781785, $15.99) tells of an ordinary farm day--or so farmer Ray thinks. But instead of nice cabbage heads the compact head formed by the leaves of a cabbage; - contemptuously or humorously, and colloquially, a very stupid and silly person; a numskull.
