The shareholders of Harleysville Group Inc. and the policyholders of Harleysville Mutual Insurance Company, the owner of 55 percent of the shares of Harleysville Group, have re-elected three members to each of their respective boards of directors.
Michael L. Browne, Frank E. Reed and Jerry S. Rosenbloom have been re- elected to three-year terms on the Harleysville Group board, while W. Thacher Brown and Rosenbloom were re-elected to three-year terms on the Harleysville Mutual board and Joseph E. McMenamin was elected to a two-year term for Harleysville Mutual.
