Massey Knakal Realty Services has been hired exclusively to sell two pieces of land primed for development in Central Harlem with an asking price of $8,495,000.
Shimon Shkury, Michael Tortorici, and Victor Sozio of Massey Knakal are handling the transaction.
The 123rd Street Assemblage, aka 117 West 123rd Street and 129-31 West 123rd Street, make up two non-contiguous non-contiguous adj. referring to two or more parcels of real property which are not connected. parcels of vacant land on the north side of West 123rd Street between Lenox and Adam Clayton Powell Boulevards.
