Harlem homes goal in sight.


The Richman Group Development Corporation and Gotham Organization, Inc. recently celebrated the ground breaking of The Langston, their second Harlem residential development located at 68 Bradhurst Avenue between West 145th and 146th Streets.

The project is made possible through the Housing Partnership Development Corporation and the New York City New York City: see New York, city.

The term is not applicable when lots are drawn without payment by the interested parties to determine some matter, e.g.  that gives a preference for 50% of the condominiums to income-eligible residents of Harlem.
