Hardy and Associates announced today that they have filed a civil lawsuit against Walgreen's Corporation on behalf of four African-American men based on alleged discriminatory dis·crim·i·na·to·ry

The Complaint claims that while shopping at this local Walgreen's store the African-American Plaintiffs were treated differently than other customers in the store at that time and further alleges they were actually subjected to being called racially hostile names. The Plaintiffs also allege To state, recite, assert, or charge the existence of particular facts in a Pleading or an indictment; to make an allegation.
