For the second year in a row, the Society of Human Resource Management has ranked L.A.-based Insomniac Games Insomniac Games is an independent US video game developer founded in 1994 that has released award-winning hits for PlayStation and PlayStation 2 for 12 years. They created the first three Spyro the Dragon games, Disruptor, and the Ratchet & Clank  among the 50 best small and mid-sized companies to work for in America.
