The new juice bars are located in Arroyo Park Shopping Center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region. The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into in Livermore, and Princeton Plaza Mall in San Jose. The first Happy Juice opened at McCarthy Ranch ranch, large farm devoted chiefly to raising and breeding cattle, horses, sheep, and goats.
