(NASDAQ:HAPY) announced today that the company has been appointed primary toy licensee by IJL Creations Inc. for Warriors Of Virtue, the exciting, hot new movie property.

Starring five kangaroo-like characters, each a martial arts master who embodies a classic virtue and the forces of nature, the Warriors Of Virtue live-action motion picture from MGM/UA is set for national release in the Summer of 1996. Production of the highly anticipated film, created by the Law Brothers, four Chinese-Americans -- all of them prominent surgeons in Denver -- will begin this fall.

The story of Warriors Of Virtue is set in Tao, a land where balance and harmony reign until the arrival of the evil Komodo from another world.
