Hannah Real Estate Investors A real estate investor is someone who actively or passively invests in real estate. An active investor may buy a property, make repairs and/or improvements to the property, and sell it later for a profit. , the Stamford, Connecticut-based real estate development and investment company owned by developer Seth G. Weinstein, and partners has received two prestigious awards for developments Stonington Commons in Stonington, CT, and Mill River House in Stamford, CT, at the 11th Annual Connecticut Connecticut, state, United States
Connecticut (kənĕt`ĭkət), southernmost of the New England states of the NE United States. It is bordered by Massachusetts (N), Rhode Island (E), Long Island Sound (S), and New York (W).

 Award for project of the year and Mill River House won the award in the Residential Development category. Stonington Commons was developed in partnership with Charles Mallory of Clearview Investment Management and Mill River House was developed in partnership with Paxton and Ray Kinol of Stillwater Investment Management.

From all of the projects completed in Connecticut in 2005, 29 projects were selected as finalists for the eight development awards and the Blue Ribbon Award for project of the year. It is uncommon for one company to be involved with two finalists in the Connecticut Real Estate Awards abd rare still that a company win two awards.
