Attendees will explore emerging wine and food trends from around the world and the region's own backyard. The best local ingredients will also be added to the mix this year as the festival celebrates the rich agricultural heritage of the Hamptons with locally grown products from East End farms and Long Island winemakers.

REALITY CHEF COMPETITION: On Saturday at 5 pm, things will really heat up during the Reality Chef Competition, where the Hamptons' own Ralph Pagano (Hell's Kitchen/Iron Chef) battles it out with Harold Dieterle, the winner of Top Chef. This competition is live, unedited and not to be missed.

BENEFIT AUCTION: A silent auction of one-of-a-kind chef jackets decorated by celebrities and designers (such as Nicole Miller, Cynthia Rowley, Betsey Johnson) and modeled by (model-spokesperson/Howard Stern gal-pal Beth Ostrosky) will be displayed and bid upon throughout the event, to benefit Make-A-Wish Foundation. Other donated items to the Festival's Silent Auction will help raise funds for the Ross School's Steven J. Ross Scholarship Fund.
