Halstead Property, LLC has acquired ownership of William S. Ross Real Estate, whose offices are located in Cobble Hill and Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn's landmark historical districts.

Diane Ramirez, president of Halstead Property, LLC, has announced that William S. Ross Real Estate founder and president, Bill Ross, will be joining Halstead Property as executive director, and will head Halstead's Brooklyn offices.

Brooklyn native, Bill Ross, built William S. Ross Real Estate by employing knowledgeable, friendly brokers who reside in, or are originally from, Brooklyn.

Ross has sold real estate for 22 years and opened his Brooklyn Heights office nine years ago. Two years later in 1997, William S. Ross Real Estate opened its second office in Cobble Hill.

Today William S. Ross Real Estate employs 25 agents and handles sales and rentals in both the residential and commercial markets.

They work closely with developers, often times as the liaison between developers and the Brooklyn communities where they are building.
