LLC - Logical Link Control issued a report that reflects a stunning 100% increase in Downtown sales for March 2003 compared to the same 31-day period in 2002. Halstead reported sales for the Downtown market below 42nd St. totaling more than $36.5 million in March 2003, double the $18 million sales in March 2002. The figures represent a significant achievement for brokers in Halstead's two Downtown residential sales offices, located at 784 Broadway and 451 West Broadway. This report was prepared by Stephen G.
