Halstead Property, LLC has been awarded the prestigious RELO Quality Certification(tm) by the Chicago-based RELO (R) network.

The RELO Quality Certification(tm) (RQC) is the first program in the relocation industry to quantify and qualify what true relocation service excellence means. Modeled after the Malcolm Baldridge national quality award, it was created by RELO(r) to provide measurable standards for the pursuit of relocation excellence.

Halstead earned the certification only after meeting stringent standards and completing a rigorous and lengthy application process, overseen by a committee of leading industry professionals. Virtually every aspect of the company's relocation department was reviewed thoroughly, using specific criteria to evaluate office facilities, technology resources, performance and production, staffing, training and continuing education, relocation services offered, advertising and marketing, customer satisfaction and more.

Halstead's executive director of relocation services Allie Williamson is thrilled to have received the certification.

According to Cecelia Chott, RELO's director of education who oversees the program, Halstead is among the first companies in the nation and the only Manhattan firm to meet the requirements and earn the certification. "We are very pleased to award this honor to Halstead, but I am not surprised to see them among our first group of inductees.
