CPSC has a new General Counsel. John Gibson "Gib" Mullan, formerly of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, has joined Hal Stratton's CPSC team. Mullan has a background in administrative law and regulatory litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right. The act or process of bringing a lawsuit in and of itself; a judicial contest; any dispute.
