Hackettstown development taps Jarmel Kizel Witczak engineers.

Jarmel Kizel Witczak Land Planning and Design, LLC has provided civil engineering and consulting services for a two-story, 25,000 s/f medical office facility, which is currently in the entitlement phase in Hackettstown. The firm's parent company, Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc., is responsible for the design and development of this medical facility. The project is being developed by D6 Developments, LLC.

Located less than one half a mile from Hackettstown Hospital on Willow Grove Street, this medical office building will feature up to 10 state-of-the-art medical units of 1,5002,500 s/f and abundant parking for patients and staff. The facility provides convenient access to Routes 46 and 57, as well as 1-80.

Units are being offered for sale or lease and approximately 20% of the building is sold out at this early stage of its development.

The building is being marketed by Ran Numon of Weichert Realtors who has been successful in pre-leasing over 20% of the building. Spaces is available for both rental and condominium purchase.
