He studied at the Character Animation program at the California Institute of the Arts. will open five shows Thursday at J.R.'s Comedy Club, recruiting people from the audience to be hypnotized in a series of stunts to draw laughter. Three PG-rated shows will be presented at 8 p.m. Thursday, 9 p.m. Friday and 8 p.m. Aug. 30; an R-rated ``erotic hypnotic'' show will be presented at 10 p.m. Aug. 30; and a G-rated show will be presented at 2 p.m. Aug. 31. Except for the Aug. 31 show, nobody under age 18 will be admitted. During the G-rated show, Conrad will conduct a mass hypnosis, which will allow everyone present the chance to experience what it is like to be in a hypnotic state. Audience members will interact with Conrad and one another while kids entertain their parents and parents entertain their kids.
