Customers from Hyperion Software's 2,000-company user base had more than 125 different breakout sessions to select from and a variety of new, updated and/or recently acquired software products to test drive. More than 1,000 customers attended a total of 15 different user-to-user sessions, 800 performed test drives on the Hyperion Pillar pillar, freestanding columnar supporting member. "None of the people I've talked to here are surprised that Hyperion Software is delivering on the comprehensive solution strategy that it outlined to us at last year's conference," said Mike Gower, associate chief financial officer, Duke University Medical Center. "To my knowledge, Hyperion Software's track record and commitment to this market makes them the only vendor able to produce this level of financial software. We were pleased to see so much of this software at the conference."

Hyperion Software markets three major groups of client/server-based financial management and accounting software that is positioned to provide the most comprehensive solution for CFOs. Two of the three product groups -- Hyperion Enterprise for financial analysis and reporting, and the Hyperion Pillar line of corporate planning and budgeting products -- already hold number-one rankings in their product categories. Hyperion Financials is the third and newest addition to the company's product set.
