HWP offering 'credit crunch deal' at waterfront offices.

Street - the main dual carriageway running through Liverpool city centre -and is adjacent to Liverpool's famous Pier Head and Waterfront buildings, and also to Liverpool One.

HWP believes the building would suit companies looking for a new headquarters.

The offer comes just weeks after it was revealed that take-up of office space in Liverpool plummeted by 36% in 2008, as the full effects of the credit crunch were r ealised..
