 CORAL GABLES, Fla., Sept. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Bauer Financial Reports today issued the following:
 Hurricane Andrew, which devastated South Florida, cut off phone service to Bauer Financial Reports, Inc. and BankRater(R), our toll free number service that provides information on bank capital adequacy.
 We apologize for any inconvenience caused the hundreds of consumers and businesses who call daily for information on their banks. We expect to resume this service by Sept. 8, 1992. Thank you for your patience.
