 HUMPHREY ANNOUNCES ROCKWELL EXERCISES CONTRACT OPTION
 FOR MORE THAN $4 MILLION
 SAN DIEGO, April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Humphrey Inc. (NASDAQ: HUPH) today announced that Rockwell International (NYSE: ROK), Tactical Systems Division, Duluth, Ga., has exercised a contract option of more than $4 million for additional spring-driven free gyroscopes.
 The gyros are for the Army's HELLFIRE modular missile system which was used very effectively in the Persian Gulf War.
 Delivery is scheduled to start in October completing in the second quarter of 1993.
 The company's backlog is now approximately $29.5 million. According to P.E. Humphrey, president, "This is an encouraging level of business for us, in view of the overall defense cutbacks. We have been receiving several production contracts on funded programs and these are expected to continue for several years."
 Humphrey qualified to supply gyros for HELLFIRE in 1987 and has delivered more than 30,000 units for this program.
