HSM Electronic Protection Services, Inc. Purchases the Alarm Operations of Central Alarm Systems, Inc.

JUPITER, Fla. -- HSM Electronic Protection Services, Inc. today announced the purchase of the security alarm operations of Central Alarm Systems, Inc. located in Dallas, TX. The sale includes commercial and residential accounts being serviced in the East Texas and Dallas market areas. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
