HSAs and HRAs: do your employees complain about the cost of insurance deductibles? Consumer-directed plans can help.


Consumer-directed health care gives members control to make better decisions about their health care spending while creating awareness about the costs. Two terrific options for consumer directed health care are Health Savings Accounts A Health Savings Account (HSA) is a tax-advantaged medical savings account available to taxpayers in the United States who are enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). The funds contributed to the account are not subject to federal income tax at the time of deposit.  and Health Reimbursement Reimbursement
