HRPT Properties Trust Fourth Quarter Conference Call Scheduled for Thursday, February 14th.

NEWTON, Mass. -- HRPT Properties Trust (NYSE: HRP) today announced that it will host a conference call in conjunction with the announcement of its fourth quarter and year end 2007 financial results.

HRPT plans to issue a press release containing its fourth quarter and year end results before the NYSE opens on Thursday, February 14, 2008. Later that day at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Adam Portnoy, Managing Trustee, and John Popeo, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call to discuss the fourth quarter and year end results.
