 has been retained as construction manager for the 35-story high-rise residential tower at City Center. HRH will be responsible for complete safety and construction oversight. Currently under construction, the north tower high-rise will house more than 300 luxury apartments and will be ready for occupancy by year-end 2003.

City Center at White Plains, a $300 million, 540,000-SF retail/entertainment complex with adjoining high-rise residential towers, is being erected in the heart of downtown White Plains. The retail/entertainment/parking structure portion of City Center is scheduled to open in the fall of 2003.

HRH, which specializes in concrete high-rise construction in urban locations, has been a major force in the New York City metropolitan area's construction industry for more than 75 years. . Pro Safety Services has built a solid reputation in the construction industry with programs that focus on worksite safety management.

Backed by extensive field experience, Pro Safety Services expert consultants will provide HRH with a broad array of professional safety services, including: development and implementation of an effective Safety and Health Program tailored to the City Center site; scheduled site visits to review and identify potential hazards; in-depth construction site staff training on site safety practices and procedures; an ongoing safety and health seminars throughout the duration of the project. In addition, Pro Safety will provide safety posters, newsletters and evaluation survey reports throughout the construction cycle.

City Center's retail/entertainment portion will also include a 10,000-SF, 400-seat Community Performing Arts Center A performing arts center, often abbreviated PAC, is a multi-use performance space that can be adapted for use by various types of the performing arts, including dance, music and theatre. .
