The occasion was the Angela's House's 3rd Annual Golf Outing at Trump National Golf Club in Briarcliff Manor, N.Y., on July 25.

The two non-profit groups help children so fragile that they depend on machines to breathe, eat and stay alive.

HRH has overseen construction of the new clubhouse at Trump National.

"I am very proud of all the good people, from Donald Trump to members of my own office, who helped make this event a success," said Greg Cuneo, chairman of HRH Construction. "Every year, we have fun and raise awareness and funds for a serious cause."

The Michael Iovane, Jr. Trust Fund was created to care for two-year-old Michael, who lives at Angela's House and is the son of HRH employee, Michelle Iovane. During birth, Michael lost seven ounces of blood and his brain was severely damaged from a lack of oxygen. Today, he has no motor skills, eats through a feeding tube feeding tube

, experiences frequent seizures, is nearly blind and depends on others to help him survive and enjoy each day.

"I couldn't be more thankful to HRH for sponsoring the event each year," says Michelle Iovane. "I hope that year-after-year we are able to increase awareness and support for kids like little Michael and those at Angela's House."

The Association for Technology Dependent Children was created in 1992 to help children dependent on medical technology for their daily existence. ATDC opened the doors of the first Angela's House in the fall of 2000, and recently opened a second special home in Smithtown, Long Island. These homes offer loving environments with 24-hour nursing care. Angela's House was named after the technology dependent daughter of Bob and Angie Policastro, who co-founded ATDC.
