One of only a handful of buildings in New York City to take such a proactive stance on safety regulation, the building serves as a model for safe construction, risk management and loss control, while maintaining the highest standards of building quality. "HRH's commitment to safety begins at the highest corporate level, and is carried out throughout the firm on every project site, with the help of our subcontractors as well as the support of industry leaders such as OSHA and the BTEA," said Harry Weidmyer, vice president of risk management, HRH. "Our risk management and loss control policies are communicated from pre-construction employee training and orientation throughout the project's regular 'toolbox talks' and safety meetings." Louis J.
