HQ of Mountain Lakes to move to larger site.

Headquarters Companies (HQ) of Mountain Lakes will relocate its operations to a larger facility in Parsippany on Aug 1.

HQ has signed a 10-year lease for 13,500 square feet of Class A office space at Waterview Plaza, 2001 Route 46, Suite 310 in Parsippany. The building is owned by Segal Management. Melnick & Associates of Mountain Lakes, represented HQ in the transaction.

Founded in 1988, HQ of Mountain Lakes, is an executive office suite that provides first-class office space and a full range of business services to its clients. The center currently has 35 executive offices housed in 9,000 square feet at 115 Route 46, in Mountain Lakes. More than 18 companies are clients and use the facility as a base for their operations in Morris County.

But due to an increase in its business, HQ's new Parsippany center will have room for 50 offices, many with stunning reservoir views. Additionally, the center will have two conterence rooms, an identity office for visiting clients, a full kitchen and large reception area.

HQ clients contract for services on a flexible-lease basis. Local clients can also avail themselves of the 120 international locations of the HQ network in more than 10 countries.
