As the world's largest executive suite firm, with more than 170 locations in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  and 12 foreign countries and $70 million in annual sales, HQ is extremely particular about where it opens a local center. So when it looked to enter the Long Island market, HQ chose EAB Plaza.

way to do business on Long Island. Being located at EAB Plaza gives our clients an added advantage of having both a central Long Island location and close proximity to Manhattan," says Donohue.

Brokers Benefit From HQ's Presence

The new center also is good news for the real estate community. "Brokers know that the space requirements of many customers are too small for major buildings such as EAB Plaza," explains Donohue. "However, rather than failing the customer and losing the relationship, they often call us. We take over from there and pay generous, up-front commissions."

"We are an additional service brokers can bring to the table," adds Donohue. "By helping brokers serve their clients, we build good will for the future. After all, HQ is the only route for many businesses that want to open an office in a well-respected corporate center such as EAB Plaza. Clients who use HQ to build their business always remember the services of the broker who took the time to call us."

Donohue believes by capitalizing on the image and prestige of EAB Plaza, HQ will rapidly expand its visibility on Long Island, which, she hopes, will lead to additional growth for the company.

"We view EAB Plaza as a premier corporate location," says Donohue. "It offers the type of presence our clients want and expect. Long Island continues to provide phenomenal opportunities for business and we are proud to be able to make this prestigious facility available to a wide range of companies and entrepreneurs."
