HP User Groups Encompass and OpenView Forum International Announce Free Membership for Former Interex Members.CHICAGO -- Independent HP user groups partner to provide complimentary one-year memberships HP user groups Encompass and OpenView Forum International The Organization OpenView Forum International (OVFI)- and recently rebranded as Vivit - is a non-profit corporation founded in 1993 by customers of Hewlett-Packard Software's products to represent the interests of HP Software customers, developers, and partners world-wide.
