To enhance customers' purchase and ownership experience of HP PCs and services, HP also announced that it has aligned its broad array of solutions for business and home/consumer customers under two, newly created organizations -- the Business PC Organization (BPCO BPCO Bronchopneumopathie Chronique Obstructive

McKinney brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this business-focused organization, having played an integral role in developing the first HP Vectra corporate desktop PC line and in pioneering HP's entry into the home PC market in 1995.

The new Home Products Organization (HPO) initially will include the fast-growing HP Pavilion home PC family and the HP Jornada line of mobile-computing products. HPO also has the charter to develop emerging consumer-focused computing solutions, and to expand international markets for the home PC family.

Jacques Clay, who formerly headed the Extended Desktop Business Unit, will lead HPO. Clay led HP's rapid ascent to the first tier of business-PC vendors during the past five years and brings a strong track record of achievements in operational excellence and product development to his new post.
